Our Privacy Policy

This page explains how HMO Management uses any information provided by you and the ways in which we protect your privacy. We will not sell, publish, or knowingly disclose any of the details you supply to HMO. We will use our best endeavours to safeguard your data, and to keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it.

What information Do We Collect

Any information collected is held in a single database kept on a single PC which, although part of a network, is not accessible by other systems on the LAN (Local Area Network). Security provisions are in place to make the data secure from outside sources. The information collected via any web enquiry form is:

Contact names

Company names

Business communication numbers - telephone, fax & email address

Enquiry details. E.g., product and /or services interest

Log files allow us to record visitors use of the site. These file do not contain any personal information and are used only to analyse web site activity.

Your E-mail

E-mails you send will be stored and may be forwarded amongst HMO employees in order to consider and respond to you comments/requests. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so. Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your messages and our responses.
