Martin Cambridge has over 19 years experience of working with HMO’s ranging from shared houses and bed sits up to large scale hostels and hotels.
He has worked for a number of local authorities in London enforcing HMO standards, taking the lead on prosecuting bad landlords for failure to comply with the regulations.
For the past 7 years he has been managing a company operating hostels across London from small HMO’s to larger hostels accommodating up to 150 people. These units remain the core of the work but the introduction of HMO licensing with the obligations and responsibilities placed on the “Manager” of HMO’s.
Qualifications
Martin has technical qualifications in environmental health, building construction and housing.
